On Going Classes-Childbirth and HIV/AIDS Training

All classes are located at Whidbey General Hospital, Coupeville unless indicated otherwise.

CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION The comprehensive course provides valuable information about all aspects of pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. Learn about breathing and relaxation techniques, stages of labor and delivery, medications, cesarean delivery, and feeding your new baby.

INSTRUCTOR: Loretta Bezold, RN, BSN, ICCE 
TIME: 7-9:30pm 
FEE: $80.00 (Medical Coupons Accepted) 
DATES: (2011) The following Classes include date changes from what was published in the Winter Pulse Magazine. All classes, except Mar 15 and 22 will now be held on Saturdays. These will be 6 hour classes from 9 am - 3pm with 1/2 hour for lunch.

Husbands, significant others, etc are also welcome to attend the classes with you.

BEGINNING WITH THE JANUARY 2012 CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION CLASS, PLEASE CALL THE NUMBER LISTED BELOW TO REGISTER FOR A CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION CLASS

This one-day class will discuss labor, delivery, going home with your baby as well as breastfeeding during the early days. Taught by a certified childbirth instructor and lactation consultant, the format includes practice time for coping strategies that may be used during labor.
