Tour De Whidbey

The Tour de Whidbey is a major fundraiser for the WGH Foundation, supported by the Auxiliary of Whidbey General Hospital, which assists in providing vital health care to the community.

Nestled at the mouth of Puget Sound, Whidbey Island offers some of the most scenic vistas in all of Washington State.  As you travel on Whidbey’s back roads, you’ll experience unique scenery and varied terrain.  Ride with hundreds of other bicyclists on the scenic roads of Whidbey Island!

Choose from the following:

  • 50, or 100 mile rides, which are challenging
The century ride follows a figure-eight route, with a 50 mile north Whidbey loop and a 50 mile south Whidbey loop. Each loop begins and ends at the Greenbank Farm. They can be ridden independently or combined as a 100 mile ride. The 100 mile route is considered one of the most demanding century rides in Washington.
  • 30 or 40 mile rides, which are moderate
Wind through the south end of the island
  • 10 mile Family ride, which is a gentle ride, great for beginners
Explores the historic prairie land surrounding the town of Coupeville
The Challenging and Moderate rides begin and end at the historic Greenbank Farm in the center of Whidbey Island
The 10 mile Family Ride begins and ends in the historic waterfront town of Coupeville

Don’t miss this great opportunity to enjoy the best cycling on Whidbey Island, while contributing to providing quality health care for island visitors and residents.
