Whidbey General's Janie Keilwitz, RN, MN, will present a free program Tuesday, April 23, at the Freeland Library on how to age with health, vitality and longevity.

Most of us want to live long, healthy lives with the ability to take pleasure in growing older. How do we maintain wellness, especially during challenging and stressful times? Many people around the world age gracefully and enjoy health, energy and vitality. Now you can learn their secrets.

According to researchers, there are 16 characteristics that help ensure healthy aging. This program will introduce you to these traits and help you adapt them to your own life.
