Katherine Riddle

A Tobacco-Free Life

It is possible! Katherine Riddle (left) used tobacco for 20 years and has now been tobacco-free for the last 18 years. Today, as a respiratory therapist, tobacco treatment specialist and ex-smoker, she offers information and tools to help you quit for good.

Tobacco Cessation meets Wednesday evenings for four consecutive weeks.

Participants who attend all four classes will receive a voucher good for a free, two-week supply of nicotine replacement patches or nicotine replacement gum.

    • The health risks of tobacco
    • Tools for quitting
    • How to stay tobacco-free
