As a certified physician assistant (PA-C), Deb Bibby is authorized to practice medicine in conjunction with a medical doctor. She performs exams, prescribes medication and diagnoses and treats illness at Whidbey Community Physicians, an affiliated clinic of Whidbey General. She received a bachelor’s in nursing before pursuing her education as a physician assistant. PA Bibby, who joined our medical staff in 2004, has a special interest in women’s health. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Washington Academy of Physician Assistants.
