Manuel L. Lozano MD, PhD, FACS


Surgeon Manuel Lozano, MD, PhD, came to Whidbey General in 2013 from Yakima, where he had worked in a group surgical practice. He specializes in general and laparoscopic (minimally invasive) surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), which recognizes exceptional expertise and the highest quality of care. Dr. Lozano works closely with patients to explore all potential courses of treatment. As a member of our medical staff, he serves on our Peer Review Committee, which advances the overall quality of care at Whidbey General.
