Whidbey General offers a free four-part series of classes to help you quit tobacco for good.

In collaboration with the Whidbey General Hospital Foundation, we offer a four-part series of classes for tobacco cessation.

Topics covered include:

    • Tobacco and Addiction
    • Nicotine Replacement Therapy and Medications
    • Health Effects of Tobacco Use
    • Tools to Stop Smoking and for Quitting Tobacco Use
    • Exercise
    • Food
    • Stress
    • Relapse Prevention

When you attend all four classes, we offer a voucher for a free box of nicotine replacement patches.

These classes are FREE.
